Matt Somerscale is a Community Skills Worker at County Care and Project Radio DJ by day, AND a Lead Singer and ukulele player for the band Ukebox by night!
In celebration of Learning Disability Week (June 14th-20th 2021) in which the theme is ‘nature art’, we are so pleased to announce that Matt and Ukebox have released their very first debut single, a rendition of ‘Wonderful World’ - a celebration of life and the things that make people happy.
Matt and Ukebox have featured some of County Care's customers in their video for ‘Wonderful Life’ in which they have depicted what means the world to them, against a background of nature.
We think you'll agree that this is the perfect single and perfect time to be finding a smile and celebrating everything good in life! We hope that this will bring a smile to you too.
You can find Ukebox on Facebook and for those looking for a local festival... Ukebox will be performing ‘Wonderful Life’ on 17th July at The Sportsman, Tadworth, KT20 7ES. All proceeds raised will be in support of PSDS - Providing support for families of Down syndrome.
